Thank you for choosing Looa. We are dedicated to delivering our products to our customers across the United States in a timely, secure, and transparent manner. Below you will find our detailed shipping terms, times, and policies.
1. Shipping Destination & Cost
- Target Market: We proudly ship exclusively to the United States (excluding minor outlying islands and military bases).
- Shipping Fee: Free Standard Shipping on all orders. There are no minimum order thresholds, no hidden handling fees, and no taxes built into shipping.
- Currency: All costs and transactions are explicitly processed in United States Dollars ($ USD).
2. Order Timeline (Handling & Transit Time)
We understand that you want your order quickly. We calculate our delivery timeline strictly in Business Days (Monday through Friday, excluding major national holidays):
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) - Eastern Standard Time (New York)
- Handling/Processing Time: 1 - 3 Business Days. Orders placed before the cut-off time are processed starting the same day. During this time, your items are inspected, securely packed, and handed over to the carrier.
- Transit/Shipping Time: 7 - 13 Business Days. This is the time it takes for your order to travel from our fulfillment centers to your doorstep within the United States.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8 - 16 Business Days from the time your payment is successfully authorized.
3. Tracking Your Shipment
Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to trace your package. Tracking details typically become active within 48 hours of dispatch.
4. Delivery Issues & Address Corrections
- Address Corrections: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We cannot alter the shipping destination once the package has been collected by the carrier. Contact us immediately at support@looa.shop if you notice an error.
- Lost or Damaged Packages: If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if it arrives physically damaged, please contact our support team immediately so we can file an inquiry with the courier and send a replacement.
