1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day free return policy. This means you have exactly 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Free Returns & No Restocking Fees

  • Return Shipping Cost: Fully Free. Looa covers all return shipping fees for customers in the United States. We will provide a prepaid shipping label via email.
  • Restocking Fee: $0.00 USD (No hidden fees or restocking charges apply).

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our dedicated support team at support@looa.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Print the label, securely pack the item in its original packaging, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at support@looa.shop if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right straight away. For verified damaged or defective products, a full refund or free replacement will be arranged immediately.

5. Exclusions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations, including: opened personal care/health products (such as our posture correctors if the seal is broken or if used extensively). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

6. Refund Processing Time

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

  • Approval Notification: Within 3 business days of receiving the returned package at our facility.
  • Refund Timeline: Once approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Currency: All refunds are issued in United States Dollars ($ USD).

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account statement.
